April Mildura Property Market Update

What A Crazy Start to 2024! Mildura has been abuzz with non stop packed events including our Longest Lunch and of course the ever popular Good Friday Show & Shine and Easter Motor Sports Weekend! The region has been full of visitors and the residential property market very busy with new visitors buying and calling Mildura home. After a very flat 2023 Spring market, confidence has returned and we expect that to continue through Winter as there are usually less homes on the market creating competition amongst active buyers, we also expect this to lead to a traditional Spring property market this year. For our investors, rental properties are continuing to show strong yields and exceptionally low vacancy rates.

What's On In Mildura In April

With Easter being early, providing a crazy February-March in Sunraysia, we still have busy April and so far our property market is matching! Victorian & NSW School Holidays have just finished but saw the usual large influx of visitors and SA school holidays are just beginning, so we expect visitors & tourist to keep pouring into the region for at least another few weeks. We also have the ever popular Lake Cullulleraine Music Festival this weekend which will be a great weekend on the Lake as always, and of course the Football & Netball Season is now underway in both the Sunraysia & Millewa Leagues so it's another busy month for Mildura!
